It's wonderful to find someone who would design a plan for a much needed house renovation without wholesale removal of existing floors, cupboards, light fixtures etc., only to have them replaced with sometimes too trendy a turn of fashion. Indeed, practicality was high on our list, alongside with budget needs, so her ability to tweak an element rather than discarding it was much appreciated. Kiara was instantly available for consult on any specifics, even on weekends, to advise or confirm some of my personal choices e.g. furniture and she was very flexible with her design, bending it when presented with a difficulty.
